Ooh Life goes on things will be OK,Life goes on, after all this, after school. Most people are scared because we have never known a life outside of school, of structure, of bells and classes and learning. We never stop learning, so that's one less fear.We have been institutionalised for so long, that we won't be able to stop. I don't think we have been sheltered, so to speak, some more so then other, but we have been protected, rightly so, this is our first step into the life we see all around us, but have not quite been able to grab on to.So we have to take this step. It's so defined. School for 13 years then bang. No mid-way. I don't count Uni, it's part of the rest of life.
Ooh Horhay's gone
Tomorrow is a brand new day,
Everyone makes a couple mistakes,Somewhere along the way....
We all think, oh what's it going to be like? I won't see my friends everyday!
Although we don't like to admit it, in 15 years you are probably not going to be friends with some of the people that you are now. Although there are always exceptions. It's not because you don't want to, or you don't like them, it's the time issue, and the things you have in common, maybe now you are thinking, but we have things in common now. Do you really? Is your common interest right now, School.
Things will be OK. I don't know that, but I can damn well hope they will be. At the moment the future it not looking too bright, what with climate change, over population, fuel shortage and the economic crisis. Hopefully we will have better these problems, so we can live the way we dreamed we would.
Everyone makes a couple mistakes. So what if you do, just pick yourself up and try again. Mistakes are there so we can learn from them, improve, and not repeat them. Without mistakes there would be no progress. Progress is good.
Somewhere along the way.
I have enjoyed this year immensely, although there are things I would defiantly change, if i had the power. It's been good. Memorable. I'm not scarred of what is to come, I'm cautious, I don't like making mistakes. I don't like falling. But if you don't fall, I won't learn how to get up.
So my first step forward onto the way with may bumps and potholes and turns
Be more decisive.
Take control.
I wish everyone the best of luck with their exam and their futures whatever you may choose to do.
